How do you know God is with you?

Greetings, let’s meditate on this word…

Genesis 39:2–5 “2 And the LORD was with Joseph, and he became a successful man, serving in the household of his Egyptian master. 3 When his master saw that the LORD was with him and made him prosper in all he did, 4 Joseph found favor in his sight and became his personal attendant. Potiphar put him in charge of his household and entrusted him with everything he owned. 5 From the time that he put Joseph in charge of his household and all he owned, the LORD blessed the Egyptian’s household on account of him. The LORD’s blessing was on everything he owned, both in his house and in his field.”

Just read carefully Genesis 39:2 The Lord was with Joseph and that made him prosper. Notice carefully Joseph’s prosperity is not in Gold, Silver, or Money…. But rather in God’s word which was within him. So his prosperity was connected with the Lord being with him, also notice he was just an ordinary servant in Potiphar’s house.

So What Was the Difference?

There would have been other servants as well. The only difference was an extraordinary God was with him. How do we become sure that the Lord is with us? Ask yourself, do you have the fear of God in you? If Yes be sure God is with you 100%. It is to shun evil and having a consciousness that God is watching you when nobody is watching you.

The Bible says Genesis 39–3 The Lord gives him success. WOW!!! Since the Lord was with Joseph, he gives him success. So when the Lord was with Joseph he prospered. Now notice one thing at this point of time he had nothing to his name but he was still prosperous and then the Lord give him success.

In Genesis 39:4 says, Joseph found favor in the eyes of his master. Not only that the blessing of the Lord was upon the entire household of Egyptians. No wonder one day he becomes the Prime Minister of Egypt. So at the end Diamond, Gold, Silver was his thou at the beginning he had none yet he was prosperous because God was with him and everything in Egypt belonged to him.

Confess with me… I am prosperous because God is with me therefore Diamond, Gold, Silver, and Millions are mine and following me all the days of my life. Amen!!!
