God kind of Life
God has given the ultimate fullness of life to every believer known as Zoe which is God kind of life. Let us first understand what ‘Zoe’ means. Although in the New Testament, it is translated as ‘life’ in English whereas, in the Greek language, there are two words for life, one is ‘bios’ and the other one is ‘Zoe’. 2 Timothy 2:4 says, “No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.” This English word ‘life’ refers to the Greek word ‘bios’ which is the life of the physical body’ or ‘natural life’. John 1:4 says, “in him was life, and that life was the light of men.” Here, the Greek word ‘zoe’ refers to ‘uncreated’, ‘eternal life of God’, or ‘the divine life uniquely possessed by God.’ Even before the creation of the world, the perfect plan of God was to impart Zoe life i.e. God's kind of life to mankind. In Zoe life, there is no Sickness and no Death.
